To use BankIT Prepaid Card, you can download the BankIT PAY Application from Google Play store.
Please follow these steps to download BankIT Pay application:
Step 1: Please visit Google play store on your mobile.
Step 2: Now search “BankIT Pay” in the search bar.
Step 3: Select the application and click on the “Install” button.
Step 4: After the installation you can open the BankIT Pay application
Please follow these steps to set MPIN BankIT Pay application:
Step 1: Please open the "Bankit Pay" application.
Step 2: Enter your registered mobile number.
Step 3: Now enter the OTP that you've received on your Registered mobile no.
Step 4: Enter your MPIN and reconfirm it.
Congratulations, you have successfully set your Mpin.
Please follow these steps to upgrade spending limits:
Step 1: Please login to the Bankit Pay application.
Step 2: Click on the icon “Set Limit”.
Step 3: Select your preferred card and click on “Submit” button.
Step 4: Now you can upgrade the spend limit for different platforms i.e., ATM, POS, ECOM.
(Note: - Min KYC users need to set spend limit Under 10000.)
Please follow these steps to set up a new ATM pin:
Step 1: Please login to the Bankit Pay application.
Step 2: Click on the icon “View Card”.
Step 3: Now select the Pin reset option.
Step 4: Please enter the pin that you want to set and expiry date as mentioned on the card itself.
Press on submit, Congratulations, you have successfully set your ATM pin.
A cardholder can load and reload the funds in his card through the BankIT cardholder app which accept all payment gateways such as debit card, credit card, net banking , UPIs.
Please follow these steps to recharge/load your card:
Step 1: Please login to the Bankit Pay Application.
Step 2: Click on the icon “Card Load”.
Step 3: Enter the decided amount (Should be under 2000 INR/Transaction)
Step 4: Select any UPI mode to complete the payment.
Step 5: After completing the payment, the amount will be reflected in your card
MPIN can also be referred as “Mobile Login pin” which allows the user to access the Bankit Pay application. However, ATM pin allows you to complete the transaction at POS or ATM.
Your Prepaid card is valid for 3 years. The same is available on the front view of your card.
No, BankIT prepaid card can be used in India only.

Yes, ATM withdrawal is available, but applicable charges will be levied.
Yes, Card balance cannot be more than ₹ 200000/- at any given point of time for full KYC customers.
Surcharges & Fees applied (Per Transaction) is as below–
a) ATM Withdrawal - 20 INR
b) Spend on Fuel - 1% (excluding tax)
c) Spend on Railways - 10 INR
d) Spend on Government - 2.5% or 10 INR, whichever is higher (excluding tax)
Note: T&C Applied : These are not the fixed charges, some charges are merchant specific.
First login to the BankIT Pay application and go to View Card to deactivate your card to prevent unauthorised access.
In case of card lost or stolen, immediately call the Phone Banking number mentioned on the backside of your card and report the loss of your card.
